When a problem occurs, at first you may panic. But that obstacle actually makes you think about finding new prospects. The possibility is high that you may end up finding something or someone better than the existing one.

For eg, in business, if you have to use a carrier to send your products from one end of the country to another. During an urgency, your existing carrier, all of a sudden refuses to do your work. You have a deadline to send that shipment. You may panic at first. But then you have to find someone new to do that job. When you start searching you may find someone economical and with better services than that of your existing carrier. Thus this difficulty enabled you to save some money in your business, which you would not do otherwise. Thus if you look closely a problem can help you.

2. Opportunity to find your new potential

If you have realized that problems make you do something which you have never done before.

For eg – You are new to the corporate world. You are not experienced enough to give a presentation to a prominent client. One day, there is a meeting with a client and your boss happened to get sick. This meeting cannot be postponed and you are asked to do the presentation.

At first, you may sense panic or apprehension, yet you have to look confident and pretend to be experienced. But once that presentation is finished and everyone praises you, then you realize the new side of you as a public orator. Thus you have found one more quality of yours. Here the problem turned out to be an opportunity for you.
